BaklavaKing started as a typical American mom and pop bakery in SanDiego, California on June 2002. The mom is Sarka Ugur, a very talented Czech immigrant wife to (Jeff) Cevdet Ugur who is a Hotelier-Restauranteur / Food and Beverage Director, Turkish-American husband and father.
The mission of Baklava King is to bake the finest and the most delicious baklava and other fillovarieties to highest gourmet standards.
The Ugur family’s efforts have been very much appreciated by San Diego’s fine dining community as the business has grown many folds since it started eight years ago. Some of the finest

Although Baklava King is primarily a wholesale bakery, we get orders from individuals and deliver within San Diego and mail anywhere in the 50 states and territories.click here

baklava on hand and therefore we never add preservatives
and we bake for immediate consumption. We are a make-to-order
