To obtain an RMA number, customer(s) must contact the Baklava King by calling (619) 857-0442 or sales@baklavaking.com
We ship our products with -two to three day priority mail- of USPS with a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 (five) days for delivery as Baklava King guarantees that the product is packaged to stay fresh for seven days. 

*If delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer in writing OR if the delivery fails due to the customer not being available to receive (or to pick up) the product, Baklava King will not make any refunds for the purchase.  Tracking records provided by USPS will be considered as proof of delivery.  Customer is responsible to report any obvious damage on the packaging at the time of delivery to the delivering agent and to inform Baklava King by contacting us through phone or email.  Failing to do so will cancel the above stated return privileges of the customer.
